Cancellation policy

It is further agreed by the parties here that if the charterer must cancel, all monies will be forfeited, and the charterer will remain responsible for the full charter fee, including all applicable taxes and fees, unless the yacht is rebooked for the original dates booked. If any unpaid balance is forwarded to the collection agency, the charterer shall be fully responsible for all collection fees. If the owner must cancel, the payment shall be refunded in full by the owner to the charterer. It is further agreed that, in such event, the Owner shall pay the broker the full commission on the full charter amount. In the event of extremely bad weather, mechanical issues, or if unforeseen circumstances arising due to the vessel, the charter will be rescheduled for a time convenient to all parties involved.
